1. Maintain the flask in vertical position and press until the bottom the silver piston to liberate pure vitamin C powder inside the flask.
2. Shake vigorously and allow to rest for one minute.
3. Retire the superior part of the flask completely (silver piston).
4. Adapt the flexible dispenser on the flask.
5. Apply pressing on the flexible dispenser.
